Covid-19 Safe
If you are planning on participating in indoor classes, then please familiarise yourself with the process below to ensuring that covid secure during our sessions.
You will also be required to complete a par-q form and read all the guidelines prior to attending classes.You can receive this here online or through myself. You can complete online and returned digitally although you can print it off and complete it at home and bring with you when attending you first class.
A par-q declaration or health questionnaire will need completing for every individual partaking in a class. Please find below the new par-q form form which includes a statement around Covid regulations. Also please read all the Covid regulations below. If you have any concerns over your health or would like to discuss items highlighted in the document then please do not hesitate to get in contact with Diane. Forms can be completed digitally and email returned to: yogabydiane@gmail.com or handed directly to teacher.
I am a beginner, will this class is best for me?
If you are brand new to yoga, that's ok we got you covered. Yoga is for everybody and support you by making it accessible to everyone. There will be use of props and chairs and adjustment cues throughout to support and elevate your practice in class.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bare feet! Shorts/leggings and a t-shirt are a good place to start if you are brand new to it! If the season is Autumn/Winter please bring layers and a blanket with cosy socks for end of class.
I currently do not own a mat. Is there a way I can attend class to rent a mat?
Yes, we have mats to rent for the class. Ask your teacher before class starts on the day itself either by email or directly.
