A slow, restorative practice to help still your mind, quieten down, and get the body and the mind ready for a good night’s sleep . Whilst working on deeper layers of the physical body we also cultivate mindfulness, yoga Nidra and tai chi with asana aligned within the seasons. These classes are based in person.
Please pay prior to class, book your class pass and the date you would like to attend. All this via the booking site. Alternatively you can pay by cash

All information relating to the classes are below, please read them before along. This includes all the current guidelines when attending in person.
You will receive an email from the booking site including the class information around 30min prior to class start time as a reminder.
Please arrive early 15mins before class starts so can start on time.
Bring your own mat, water, blanket and cushions. If you do not own a mat, please inform the teacher before class and can set up one for you. Step away from any hazards and any distractions and allow yourself to be completely immersed for the hour for you.
Diane has been an excellent teacher as this has been a very informative seasonal yoga class which I never have had the experience of. I’ve leaned so much about breathing techniques and how the seasons affect my body and the classes have helped me understand more every tine I attend a class. I have appreciated all your expertise and knowledge over the past year.
